Sponsorship Options

​

Five levels of sponsorship are outlined below, each with specific forms of recognition. Sponsors can choose to be recognized at certain meeting events with a logo, slide, sign, or verbal mention, as detailed below. The CSEE-CBA 2023 Local Organizing Committee retains all rights and responsibilities for the event. Please contact Jim Hare (Fundraising Chair) or Susan Lingle (Meeting Co-Chair) at funds.beepeg2023@gmail.com to confirm your interest in sponsorship and preferred form of recognition. Payment can be made at our secure web page link, or by alternative arrangement with Susan Lingle.

 

◆ Premier – $10,000

• Logo in program, website (active for 2 years) and promotional materials

• Logo in slideshow between sessions and at Plenary Presentations

• Complimentary registration (4 in total)

• Complimentary Exhibitor table (by request)

• Distribution of one piece of technical or corporate literature to conference delegates

• Your organization's representative welcoming delegates in Opening Address

• Exclusive thanks from conference organizers at Plenary event of your choice (Opening Plenary, Public Plenary, Closing Reception) and recognition in media releases

 

◆ Platinum $5,000 - $9,999

• Logo in program, website (active for 2 years) and promotional materials

• Logo in slideshow between sessions and at Plenary Presentations

• Complimentary registration (3 in total)

• Complimentary Exhibitor table (by request)

• Distribution of one piece of technical or corporate literature to conference delegates

• Recognition of support in conference Opening Address

• Possible venues for recognition of Platinum sponsorship include: 

  • Plenary speakers; Exclusive recognition at one evening poster session and reception in the Exhibitor Hall; Exclusive recognition at a symposium or contributed paper session on your topic of choice; Child care centre; Equity fund

 

 

◆ Gold $2,000 - $4,999

• Logo in program, website (active for 2 years) and promotional materials

• Logo in slideshow between sessions

• Additional complimentary registration (2 in total)

• Complimentary Exhibitor table (by request)

• Distribution of one piece of technical or corporate literature to conference delegates

• Possible venues for recognition of Gold sponsorship include: 

  • Coffee breaks in the Exhibitor Hall; Recognition at a symposium or contributed paper session; Equity fund; Opening Mixer

 

 

◆ Silver $1,000 - $1,999

• Logo in program, website (active for 2 years) and promotional materials

• Logo in slideshow between sessions

• Complimentary registration (1)

• Possible venues for recognition of Silver sponsorship include: 

  • Student presentation awards; student mixers; student registration sponsorships; Recognition at a contributed paper session

 

 

◆ Bronze $500-$999

• Logo in program, website (active for 2 years) and promotional materials

Exhibitor Options

​

Exhibitor space with 40 booths for Vendors, Publishers, Agencies, NGO’s, Artists, and Community Groups will be available in our Exhibitor's Hall. Sponsors at the Premiere, Platinum, or Gold Level are entitled to a complimentary Exhibitor Booth upon request.

 

Sponsors at the Bronze or Silver Level that would like to participate as Exhibitors, or non-sponsoring businesses or organizations, can reserve an Exhibitor Booth at the costs listed below. Contact Meeting co-Chair Susan Lingle or Fundraising Chair Jim Hare at funds.beepeg2023@gmail.com to request and reserve an Exhibitor Booth. Following acceptance of your request, payment must be made within two weeks via our secure web page or approved alternative method of payment to guarantee your reservation.

 

Exhibitor Booth: $700 (Corporate Exhibitors);

                            $350 (Non-Corporate Exhibitors: government agencies,

                                      NGO’s);

                            $150 (Cultural Exhibitors: artists, small and local Not-for-   

                                      Profit);

                            No Charge (Social Exhibitors: BIPOC-led organizations

                                                or BIPOC artists, Charities).

• The exhibition space is located in the Exhibitor's Hall, which will also host poster sessions, receptions and coffee breaks, thus providing high visibility for Exhibitors.

• Each 10' x 10' booth has a six-foot table with linen and two chairs for the duration of the meeting (electrical hookup included). 

• Logo and contact information will be on the website and will remain active for 2 years.

• Access to Exhibitor Hall.

• Limited number available (i.e., ~40 spots available on a “first-come first-served” basis)

 

Contributor Option

 

Beyond Sponsorship and Participation as an Exhibitor, interested individuals, organizations or businesses that would like to contribute to the success of CSEE-CBA 2023 are invited to make donations of $100 or more via our secure web page. Donors will be listed as "Contributors" on the conference web site and in the conference program.

Advertiser Options

 

Some 600 delegates are expected to attend the 11-14 June CSEE-CBA 2023 Meeting at the RBC Convention Centre in downtown Winnipeg. While light snacks will be provided to delegates during coffee breaks, meals will not be provided, and thus it is anticipated that delegates will patronize downtown restaurants and other business establishments. Business owners are thus invited to advertise in our online conference program, which will include a link to your business web site and a map highlighting the location of your business. Payment can be made via our secure web page, or contact funds.beepeg2023@gmail.com for additional payment options.
