Don’t miss the fantastic field trips on June 11. You can travel to sand dunes (Spirit Sands Trail), a wetland fen (Brokenhead wetland trail), a tall grass prairie (Manitoba Tall Grass Prairie), or a marsh that is famous as the home place of Ducks Unlimited (Oak Hammock Marsh). There are also day trips within the city! See the field trip descriptions under the “Participate” tab.

If you already registered for the conference, and want to add another event (a field trip, workshop, the opening reception at the Winnipeg Art Gallery / Qaumajuq Inuit Gallery (free), Public Plenary (free), or the closing Soirée), send an email to us at beepeg2023@gmail.com. We’ll make it happen!

Hello CSEE-CBA 2023 attendees:

The local organizing committee is in the process of organizing a temporary Child Care Service at the Convention Centre, so that parents will be in the same building (and same hallway) as their children. If you are interested in using this service, we need basic information on the number of children and their ages, so that we can determine how much space and how many caregivers are needed.

Can you please take a minute to complete the following Google Form if you are considering using this service? This form also enables you to indicate your interest in having access to a breast-feeding room, regardless of whether you are using the Child Care Service.

Thank you!
